Bridge 301 detailed design
BR301 plays a vital role in the expansive mega-project known as Road 531, connecting the eastern and western regions of Israel in the Sharon area. On the western side of the project, Road 531 seamlessly links with Road No. 2, incorporating a 440-meter bridge with 13 spans. This bridge was essential for spanning over an active railway, fuel lines, and the future Road 20.
The bridge employs cast in situ technology with double full section beams post-tensioned. Divided into five sections, a strategic approach is employed to avoid disruption to the active railway. two of the segments were lunched and were connected with a cast in situ closer over the rail way.
